- Official Transcripts*
- Canadian Birth Certificate
- IF already certified elsewhere supply a Statement of Professional Standing*
- IF certified already supply a Verification of Employment
- Copy of current Teaching Certificate
- Also need to apply to Teacher Qualification Service (TQS) for your TQS category

- B.C./ Canadian University: $245
- Outside of Canada: $395
- Annual practice fee: $40-$120
