Digital Archives Initiative (DAI)

The DAI is Memorial University of Newfoundland's ongoing digitization project with input from various libraries, archives and departments on campus, including the Centre for Newfoundland Studies. The DAI continues to grow with resources added daily. But its content is still only a small fraction of the resources held in the collections of the libraries, archives and organizations that participate in this initiative. Selection is based on copyright, fragility, size, etc. and the digitization of the resources depends on funding for staff/students and equipment. If you find a title held in CNS that isn’t on the DAI, please submit this form for consideration.
